Natural Born Killers or Replacement Theory Warriors?
If it’s not nature, then who’s nurturing this murderous hate?
Another shooting happened today, May 24, 2022, and this time it took the lives of 19 children and 2 adults at an elementary school in Texas. The news quickly circulated the name and a clear picture of 18-year-old, Salvador Ramos.
Yet, the pictures of Peyton Gendron and other white, racist mass murders like Dylan Roof and Aaron Long are often taken far away and you have to search to find their names. There isn’t an arrest photo of Salvador because he was killed by police.
All we know about Salvador is his friends said he was relentlessly bullied at school for having a speech impediment. His friends and neighbors also shared a history of mental health issues that included self-mutilation and violent fights with his mother which resulted in the police being called. In the same Washington Post article, it’s alleged that Salvador shot his grandmother prior to the school shooting.
We don’t know Salvador’s motivation because unlike the latest mass murders he didn’t leave any racist social media posts or a white supremacist manifesto touting replacement theory talking points.
Salvador’s case sadly points to years of bullying, poor mental health, and family issues.
But what about the racist hate crimes committed in the name of white supremacy’s replacement theory?
Why isn’t hate and rage-based “replacement theory” banned from schools, broadcasts, or “patriotic” political platforms?
Replacement theory is just racism with a pseudo-scientific name and the violence from mass shootings and January 6th’s insurrection carry out their agenda to destroy anyone who isn’t white or on the far right.
The most dangerous message that is consistently said is these are “isolated incidents”.
